Walker Modular in conjunction with sister company Douglas James has an impressive track record. As a division of the Walker Group in 1999 twenty years of experience was transferred to Douglas James. Significant growth quickly followed to become a key supplier to National blue chip house builders, obtaining significant market share from traditional build methods.

2. Manufacturing Capacity

Walker Modular has allocated its new production facility in Hull to composite bathroom pods. A 60,000 sq ft site with planning permission for future development will ensure that production and delivery schedules will be met. This is conjunction with the 80,000 sq ft production facility also in Hull. Having two sites available also ensures that in a disaster recovery situation the manufacturing can be transferred to our original Westmoreland Site ensuring the delivery program is not interrupted.
