Agnes Blackadder Hall, St Andrews University

This extension at Agnes Blackadder Hall will provide an additional 205 Ensuite bed spaces and social spaces bringing the total capacity to 739. A hoarding fence around the construction site will ensure separation from the existing building and full safety of students and staff. The University of St Andrews, in partnership with Camping Living Villages, are developing Agnes Blackadder which will be constructed over the 14 months period from July 2017 to August 2018, ready for students' arrivals in September 2018. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development with a mixture of ensuite or shared facilities, catered or self-catered, to ensure our students preferred choices can be met. All bedrooms are being designed with best utilisation of space for storage and use of modern technology, maximising natural light and providing a comfortable feel.
