Penryn introduces a new 118-bed Student Accommodation at the site of old Rosslyn Hotel in Falmouth. The purpose-built student housing will consist of a mixture of 118 studio rooms/cluster rooms and town house rooms.
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project which will boast associated amenity spaces for students and staff. This project will boost the local economy due to a rise of students in the area and also creating full time jobs as the need for an accommodation manager, wardens and maintenance staff are required.
