Walker Modular bathroom pods for Hendy House, Christchurch Road, Bournemouth

A new student development is to be constructed in Bournemouth, amid the claims that the city does not have nowhere near enough purpose built Student Accommodation. With Bournemouth now boasting a Student population of over 20,000 individuals, Student Accommodation does seem to be the natural go to choice when a large site such as Hendy House becomes available.

Walker modular will provide all the Bathroom Pods for the 213 bed build, which will compose of seven-storeys, a gym and additional communal areas. All in all, this development appears to be orientated specifically towards student needs and hopefully, will be the turning tide that encourages a flood of Student Accommodation builds across the city.
