Description

Towering high between 10 and 12 storeys, the new building planned to stand on Old Kent Road is set to be a far cry from the fast food drive-thru it originally was. As the desire for University study gains further popularity, the English Capital once again begins to gather a large student crowd. The finishing result is that PBSA projects are more of a necessity than ever. Walker Modular will be supplying all the Bathroom Pods for the build, designed to offer circa 276 student beds in a light, airy coloured building complete with Pocket Park to help encourage nature into the city. As a part of the large regeneration scheme which Old Kent Road is currently undergoing, this build is just one of the areas big changes. That been said, it’s a vibrant, welcome change giving new life and purpose to the space.
