The hotel brief called for a high-end tiled bathroom with varied layouts across standard, accessible and suite rooms. Each pod was engineered on a heavy-gauge steel frame, with walls finished to the architect's exact specification in the factory.
By moving the majority of bathroom trades off site, the programme avoided the congestion and sequencing conflicts that typically slow hotel fit-outs. Pods arrived fully tested, with MEP connections prepared for rapid hook-up.
