Watertightness guarantee
40 years on the Walker Modular Seamless GRP shell. The guarantee applies to the watertightness of the one-piece shell.
Surface warranty
10 years on GRP mouldings against delamination, crazing and colour loss.
Component warranties
Full manufacturer warranties on sanitaryware, brassware, doors and electricals — collated and issued at handover.
Aftercare response
24-hour acknowledgement, UK-based engineer dispatch where required.

Aftercare requests go directly to a named account manager who owns the case from acknowledgement through to resolution.
