What does the QR code on each pod link to?
It opens the pod's manufacturing record: material batches, fit-out checklists, services test results, inspector sign-offs and the full photographic record.
Can our project team access the records?
Yes. Project teams can be given access to live build status and final QA records for traceability and handover.
Are inspections accredited?
Walker's QA process is aligned with relevant ISO quality frameworks and is independently audited as part of the company's quality management system.
What happens if a pod fails inspection?
It is held back from dispatch and re-worked. No pod ships from the factory without a complete passed digital sign-off.
