Reduced site waste
For a long-life operator, the GRP system's lack of wall joints and silicone-dependent seals was a decisive factor. The one-piece shell removes the most common leak path and reduces the ongoing maintenance burden.
Factory construction also cut site waste dramatically. Offcuts were captured for recycling, and the consolidated delivery schedule reduced lorry movements to the tight London site.
