Walker Modular and University of Salford are to work together on the University’s Peel Park Campus – an £81 million project to build new student accommodation, featuring 1367 new bed spaces.
Work commenced on site in November 2013 and welcomes its first residents for the academic year 2015/16.
The new accommodation is designed to provide sustainable student living with a BREEAM Excellent rating, alongside the best in student community living.
