Walkers have been selected as the Bathroom Pod supplier for the £40m redevelopment of the former St Michael’s College and police garages at Bellevue Road, Leeds.
The mixed use scheme will comprise of 262 key worker units, 61 apartments, 320 student beds and a number of commercial units to the ground floor with all bathrooms provided by Walker Modular. Work is currently under way and due for completion May 2016.
