Morfa Road, Phase 2

Phase 2 of the Morfa Road development will see the construction of a 330 bedroom student accommodation all with ensuite bathrooms.

A new external layout was also included as part of this project, comprising of an additional vehicular access via residential estate road together with a 5 space car park and revised cycle provision, sub-station relocation and landscaping.
