New €40m Knightsbridge, Digital Hub Student Accommodation Development Awarded To Walker Modular

Walker Modular have been awarded the Bathroom Pod contract for Knightsbridge Student Housing’s new €40m Digital Hub Office Space and Student Accommodation at Bonham Street, Dublin.

The development will feature 470 student housing and 10,650 sq ft of enterprise space. The project is expected to begin August of this year and it is hoped the first students will be in residence by September 2016.

Walker Modular will be delivering 461 of the unique Knightsbridge Platinum Bathroom Pod in May. Production will commence next month.
