Official Order Received For Unite, Wembley Development

Description

Today Walker Modular received the official go-ahead for the new Student Accommodation scheme on Olympic Way, Wembley Stadium for Unite Group. Work on site began in 2014 and has completion scheduled for 2016.

The one acre development fronts onto Olympic Way, which runs from Wembley Park underground station to the Stadium and will comprise a 19-storey tower with accommodation for 699 students in a mix of shared flats with communal living plus some 10,000 sqft of retail units with all Pods provided by Walker Modular.
