Walker Modular’s Strong Relationship With Hilton Continues…

Walker Modular have received the official sign off on the new Hampton by Hilton Hotel development in Dundee. Construction will begin early 2015 on the £6.5 million transformation of former office blocks Argyll House and adjoining Waverley House.

The empty buildings will house a Hampton by Hilton Franchise featuring 105 bedrooms on six storeys across the site with Pods provided by Walker Modular, as well as meeting rooms, a gymnasium and a restaurant. Walkers will commence delivery in May.
