Walker Modular are the appointed Bathroom Pod supplier for the new £28m Knightsbridge student housing scheme at St Mary’s Road, Southampton. The development will provide accommodation for up to 467 students with bathrooms supplied by Walker Modular, as well as 288sq m of ancillary retail.

Walker Modular are the appointed Bathroom Pod supplier for the new £28m Knightsbridge student housing scheme at St Mary’s Road, Southampton. The development will provide accommodation for up to 467 students with bathrooms supplied by Walker Modular, as well as 288sq m of ancillary retail.
Construction has already commenced at the site, which has been empty for more than 30 years. Project completion is set for the academic year starting September 2016.
