Leamington introduces their new purpose-built student accommodation that will provide choice and a secure alternative offer for students, the 187 room project will provide an attractive alternative to local housing. It will offer a high-quality, fully managed, safe and secure home for students, especially as there is currently a high demand for good quality and modern accommodation in Leamington. This development is part of bringing new life to the Grand Union Canal and will aim to enhance the canal side location, yet remain sensitive to the surrounding area. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this project, which will consist of two buildings connected at ground floor level and 190 beds for students with rooms arranged in a mix of cluster sizes.
