Walker Modular will provide all bathroom pods for this 600-home scheme in Salford Quays. This is one of the largest build to rent developments outside of London and a major boost for the developing and growing private rented sector portfolio. This site at Salford Quays remained inactive for many years after the closure of the Multiplex cinema which previously occupied the site. At over 600 homes, Clippers Quay adds further scale this PRS platform and will be built in three phases taking two to three years. The 614 flats will be delivered in five blocks, alongside an additionally 17,000 sq ft of amenity and commercial space.
