This £32m student scheme in Sheffield will offer 437 beds as the redevelopment on Scotland Street starts. Plans are to introduce the redevelopment of a site on Scotland Street, Sheffield into a 437 bed, new build, and premium student accommodation property. The development is well timed since the University this week opened its new engineering department which is directly opposite the site and will attract additional students to the area. The site will be developed into a modern, prime student accommodation development comprising three new residential blocks of six, seven and eight storeys. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which is scheduled for practical completion in time for the 2017/18 academic year.
