Crown House, Sheffield

Crown House is set to become a 350-bed student flat complex and this development on West Bar will involve the vacant offices being converted into apartments for students at both city universities. The development will sit directly opposite Sheffield Crown Court and plans to spend £20m building two more blocks to create a 350-bed complex set to include apartments, a gym, study and cinema. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for the new student block which is set to open by the start of the 2017-2018 academic year.
