Former Royal Eye Infirmary Site, Apsley Road, Plymouth

Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for the new 165 bed student accommodation block within the grounds of the former Royal Eye Infirmary site in Plymouth. The project is being developed adjacent to the grade 2 listed former Royal Eye Infirmary building. The new student block, which will measure up to five storeys, will be made up of 30 cluster flats. The development will be evolve into 12 apartments for this 165 en-suite bed student accommodation scheme.
