Greenbank Campus, Liverpool University (Phase 2)

The student village at Greenbank is a lively community of around 420 first year undergraduate students. Plans are developing for University of Liverpool’s Greenbank campus as part of a huge development set to transform the south Liverpool site. The 47,261m² scheme will see six of the university’s existing halls of residence replaced with three new student accommodation blocks at its Greenbank Campus. Both Phases and the new buildings, which will create 1,370 ensuite bedrooms in total and will be formed around three landscaped courtyards and range in height from five to eight storeys. The scheme is set to complete in two stages – one in 2017 and another in 2019, this is the second phase in which Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods.
