Marina Court, Lincoln

As part of the University’s £130m investment programme, Marina Court will provide 442 new study bedrooms on the Brayford Pool campus. The new development will address growing demand for purpose-built on-campus accommodation and relieve pressure on Lincoln’s private housing stock. The development consists of three new blocks and a landscaping scheme to create high-quality public spaces around the new buildings. The Marina Court development will include only one 11-storey block, alongside blocks of eight and four storeys, with 442 bedrooms in total spread across the site and all Bathroom Pods provided by Walker Modular.
