One Parkside, Hoxton

This Hackney project will see two towers of 20 and 16 storeys containing 198 apartments. Aspirations for Hoxton Press are to create a premium residential development that complements the ongoing regeneration at the Colville Estate. Hoxton is cemented as a key London destination for buyers, renters and tourists alike. This one acre site in Hoxton known as One Parkside is the third phase of Hackney Council’s redevelopment of the rundown 20th century Colville Estate. An existing 12-storey building will be replaced with the two residential towers with the vision for the towers to maximise views over Shoreditch Park and central London with a community café at ground floor level, forming a gateway to the Colville neighbourhood. Walker Modular are happy to be a part of this journey to provide Bathroom Pods for this project and to help bring this vision to life. The completion of the development is expected by summer 2018.
