Pomona Wharf welcomes the two new apartment blocks of 11 & 10 stories on the Pomona Island in Manchester. There will also be car parking, concierge, landscaping work, a gym, cycle storage and a ‘green’ roof with solar panels and the development will front the Manchester Ship Canal and be accessed through the second to bottom railway arch before the Bridgewater Canal.

Walker Modular will supply bathroom pods for this new development in Manchester, in which there would be 80 one-bed, 63 two-bed and 21 three-bed apartments. The blocks will occupy a site between Hulme Hall Road, and the Manchester Ship and Bridgewater canals.
