Portland Green, Plot 4, 5 & 6, Newcastle

The Student Accommodation within Portland Green is part of an ever growing development, the £14 million first phase of the student village development opened in August 2013.

The development includes the creation of a 275-bed 8 storey student accommodation block. Walker Modular are also involved in the work ongoing for the 338 bed building on Portland Road. These plots are part of a larger development which will be a major regeneration in the area, and is effectively part of nine buildings.

The majority of the single bed units benefit from en suite facilities, whilst each apartment block has a kitchen with dining area. The multiple units will only enhance the current and future developments and Walker Modular are happy to be a part of this journey being supplier of the Bathroom Pods for this project.
