Walker Modular are pleased to announce their success and involvement with this new Student Accommodation development, Renny’s Lane. This multi-million pound deal will provide 362 student beds, with all Bathroom Pods supplied by Walker Modular. Renny’s Lane will be a four-storey accommodation block to house 350 students in Dragonville, Durham City and will be aimed at postgraduate students and run by Collegiate AC. This development will have a top floor sky lounge, video conferencing facilities, a roof terrace, private gym, cinema rooms and dinner party rooms. The development is expected to be finished by August 2017 with students moving in for the 2017/18 academic year.
