This £24m Liverpool development project will redevelop the Renshaw Street site by erecting a 12 storey building creating 192 high spec apartments, which offer ‘7 Star Student Accommodation’. The iconic development will include; a private cinema, gym, sauna, steam room, communal ‘wok’ kitchens, gaming zone, lounge area, pool room and study zones offering students lavish living standards. Walker Modular will provide all bathroom pods for this 12-storey development on Renshaw Street which will include luxury self-catering student apartments and is set to open in September 2017.
