The story

Walker Modular announced to be the supplier of bathroom pods for the newly converted Newcastle city centre office block. The block is to be a converted into a £15.5m student development in which this 1980s building will be transformed into a purpose-built student accommodation building.
Work on site has started on St James’ House to transform the building into a 140-bed studio scheme with various facilities including a common room, gym, private kitchen and dining room.
Work is to be completed in time for the start of the 2016/2017 academic year in September.
