The new £35m Unite development will see the demolition of a disused multi storey car park replaced with a 12 storey student accommodation with all bathroom pods provided by Walker Modular.
The large scale project will be arranged in clusters of 4-10 en suite bedrooms as well as 78 studio flats. Work is currently underway and the site will be due for completion ready for the 2017-18 academic year.
