University of the Highlands and Islands, Phase 2, Inverness

Phase 2 follows after the ambitious and innovative Phase 1 development in the Highlands capital. The first phase of Inverness Campus features 17 fully serviced plots. Phase 2 will seek to develop further 65 acres which will have further benefits i.e. well-connected public transport system, pedestrian and cycle bridge and provides access to adjacent retail park. Phase 2 will develop Inverness Campus as a world class location and home to an exciting new collaboration of business, academic and community activity. With over 30 acres of parkland and landscaping, it is as much a place for the local community as it is for those studying, living and working there. The second phase of the scheme will cost £34million and provide accommodation for up to 470 students at UHI’s sites across the region. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development and the second should be completed by September 2017.
