Vincent’s Walk is in the heart of the city centre, providing good access to the full range of shops, bars and clubs that the modern day student demands. It is located behind Southampton’s prime retail pitch. The scheme is consented to provide a redevelopment of the site. Demolition of the existing building and erection of a part 8-storey, part 9-storey and part 11-storey building to provide a commercial unit and purpose built student accommodation. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this scheme will provide 283 student bed spaces across 141 flats in a mixture of cluster rooms, twin rooms and self-contained studios. The scheme will form four blocks that range from 8 to 11 storeys, with the tallest point at the north east corner of the site, opposite the park.
