Walker Modular's role on VITA, Lawrence Street, Hull Road, York.
A huge development that will see an historic convent on the edge of York city centre become a student village. The Vita Student scheme would transform the site into a 600 bed student housing complex with bathroom pods provided by Walker Modular.
The £73 million student project will see the transformation of the entire site, which will be completely refurbished and converted to an additional 14 three and four storey buildings.
The construction is due to end for autumn 2017.
