The Knightsbridge development will see the refurbishment of the derelict Zurich House in the heart of Plymouth transformed into a 1000 bed student residence arranged over 12 storeys.
The accommodation will be a mixture of clusters and studios each with ensuites provided by Walker Modular. The huge development is expected to be fully completed by summer 2017.
