This project is a multi-storey development which will provide student accommodation for a total of 262 residents in the form of 185 single bed studios, 31 twodio apartments and 15 single bed mezzanine studios. The development lies less than half a mile from the University campus of Coventry. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development in Coventry which is close to the city centre and to other student accommodation blocks so it's the ideal place for students. Each student room will have a bed, desk, kitchenette, shower room and breakfast bar or small dining area. Students living in the building will also have access to a common room, gym, laundry facilities and courtyard with seating.
