Description

Portsmouth introduces this new development site to build 480 student rooms. Providing high quality managed student accommodation in the city is key and Portsmouth Council welcome the development. Chaucer House site will see the build of 480 rooms in two blocks over 12,081sq m. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the £30m hall development on Isambard Brunel Road which is due to be completed by 2018.
