The Former Derrys Department Store will introduce these major works which is are of its £50million transformation into students flats and a hotel. The Student Accommodation aspect of this job is the first step in turning this building into a vibrant student accommodation block for the 500 flats. New walls will be created, with glass balconies, so students in the inside flats have enough light and can look out on to the courtyards. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Student Accommodation development as part of the masterplan to convert an unused department store in Plymouth city-centre into a 300,000 sqft mixed-use student housing, commercial and hotel scheme.
