Diana, Princess of Wales development introduces a new £16.4million staff accommodation block at Grimsby hospital. The 219 homes are aimed at attracting ‘key workers’ to the health service in which the homes will be a mix of two, three and four-bedroomed properties and apartments. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development as it is said that the current residential accommodation at the Grimsby site is in need of significant upgrading in order for it to be of a high enough standard to attract new staff. Students are more likely to want to come and train here when offered a place to live that is modern, comfortable and convenient. This development for Student Nurses and Doctors is expected to be ready for January 2018.
