Manors Park Block B, Newcastle

This Student Accommodation scheme comprises the construction of an 8 storey student accommodation building comprising 283 bedroom spaces including 18 bedsits, 65 cluster flats together with common room, gym, associated landscaping, car parking and cycle parking. Clough House, known as Block B, is one of several buildings in the Manors area which once formed a busy office park, but have lain empty for several years. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this development which will convert into a student hub, breathing life into an underused area. Manors Park area has ideal links with all the city’s universities and colleges and the project is seen to encourage the growth of education and create a site allocated to for student development.
