Description

Marriott Hotel is a new 4* hotel on the edge of the Northern Quarter in Manchester in which the AC Marriott will build on the car park near Cable Street. Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods for this urban design hotel which will include 172 rooms and stand at nine storeys, adding a new landmark to a former textile neighbourhood on the edge of the city centre. A lounge will be included for guests, along with a gym and conference facilities. Along with the hotel, the proposals also include room for a café bar, fitness centre, meeting rooms as well as associated servicing areas and will in total cover an area of 7,785 sq. m.
