Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for a new development which will provide accommodation for more than 120 students at the University of Falmouth. It is hoped that as well as providing accommodation for the university, the scheme will also free up housing that has previously been occupied by students. This development introduces three blocks of student accommodation will be built featuring a total of 125 beds in a mix of studios and cluster flats. Falmouth University is said to be the second largest employer in Cornwall and has about 6,000 students so this development has come at a great time with a current shortage of purpose built student accommodation.
