The project will consist of the development of the former bus depot on Portswood Road and in addition to its 435 beds, the Portswood Road residence will include an impressive communal area, a large social hub, movie room, gym, private dining and dedicated study areas. Walker Modular will supply Bathroom Pods for this student development within a top destination for international and postgraduate students. The project is set to be completed by the summer of 2017, with the first students moving into the new accommodation in September 2017.
