Newbury will see its first Premier Inn hotel with plans to build a 100-bed hotel near BST Fitness. The hotel is to be a five-storey building in the centre of Newbury and opposite Parkway shopping centre. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project which is said to bring a £10m investment into the town as the central location will be convenient for visitors to Newbury, whether they are visiting the town for leisure or business.
