St Vincent’s Church on Solly Street is to be refurbished and welcomes a new student accommodation project. Retaining the church with its historic architecture is very important as this transforms as a student hub. The development plans to bring new student accommodation with 574 rooms in which the current buildings of St Vincent’s Catholic Church would be preserved and refurbished to provide student accommodation. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project and aid to deliver vibrant, modern student accommodation and also help to rejuvenate the area.
