Winchester House, Bracknell

Walker Modular will supply Bathroom Pods for Winchester House which was the former 3M office building in Bracknell. The new landmark building and mixed-use high-rise residential development which will form a central part of the town centre regeneration. The new building will house 311 apartments above a health club and retail outlets at ground floor. The scheme consists of a high storey block of 311 flats, a gym and two business units suitable for a restaurant or retail use. Walker Modular are happy to be a part of this development as the construction of the tower block develops. The project is due to open when the hotly-anticipated new Bracknell town centre opens in spring 2017. The demolition of Winchester House will include a redevelopment of the site with high-quality residential accommodation along with boutique retail and leisure facilities.
