Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the tower, which will house 206 students at Manor Road. The proposed student accommodation will have 32 flats and 2 studios between them containing enough room for 206 students, including a laundry room and a gym. This site for the new accommodation is close to the Friargate development and the railway station and will be the latest in a series of student accommodation blocks being built in the city.
