Walker Modular will provide Bathroom pods for this 250-bed student accommodation development in Sheffield city centre on Bailey Street in the city's St George's Quarter. The scheme would comprise a total of 220 student bedrooms, with 147 cluster bed apartments and 73 studios. It would also include amenity space, study areas, gym and cinema room and overall deliver student accommodation in a sustainable city centre location and help to support the university economy.
