Cryfield Student Residences, University of Warwick, Coventry

The new residences at Cryfield Village will essentially be a miniature village on campus - a series of townhouse-style apartments and studios with a hub in the centre. These residences will replace the existing Redfern residences. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which will offer more accommodation than the buildings replaced, helping to address the growing demand for on-campus accommodation. The development will offer over 700 rooms to support the University's longer-term growth which are believed to open in 2019.
