Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the new 127 bed Holiday Inn Express in Barrow town centre. The former Police Station on Market Street will be demolished to make way for this new four storey hotel development. The four storey hotel will include a ground floor restaurant and car park and is due to be completed late autumn 2019. The hotel on the corner of Market Street and Duke Street, will be a key regeneration project, transforming a vacant building, creating new jobs and meeting the need for business and leisure accommodation in the area.
