Houghall College, Durham
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for Houghall Campus development at East Durham College. The development consists of refurbishing an existing campus building to provide 24 bedrooms, with the remaining 198 located in a new build building situated over three floors. The £12 million project sees the redevelopment of the iconic front building along with the construction of a number of new buildings to move facilities from the farm closer to the front part of the site.
